About Zogby
Ratings for the money decisions nobody explains to business owners.
Zogby scores business lenders, merchant cash advance funders and debt relief companies. Every score is built from contracts, verified owner interviews and public records, and every page shows the math.
Why Zogby exists
Consumer finance has a dozen comparison sites. Business finance, and merchant cash advances in particular, has almost none. Owners sign contracts quoted in factor rates instead of APRs, with venue clauses that send every dispute to New York, and confessions of judgment that can freeze an account before a lawsuit is filed. When the debits outrun revenue, the search for help usually starts with a cold call from a relief company, not a comparison.
Zogby was started by people who worked inside that industry and wanted a place that put the APR first, read the contract, and said plainly which companies to avoid.
How we work
Every company we score has provided a term sheet or client agreement, or owners have shared theirs. A business debt attorney reviews each one.
A review counts only when the owner shares a funding or settlement document. Companies cannot edit, remove or pay for reviews.
The Z-Score is four equally weighted parts with published caps. Read the full methodology.
Referral fees when you contact a company. Never for a score or a position. How we make money.
