Scores and content reflect our methodology and the documents available to us on the date shown. Companies change terms without telling us. Verify any material term directly with the company, and consult a licensed professional before acting on anything you read here.
Referral relationships
Some companies pay Zogby a fee when you contact them through the site. Fees never affect scores or rankings. Zogby shares ownership with Delancey Street, disclosed wherever that company appears. See How we make money.
Reviews
By submitting a review you confirm it reflects your genuine experience, you authorize us to verify and publish it, and you accept our editing for length and clarity (never substance). We may decline or remove submissions that fail verification or contain personal information about third parties.
Intellectual property
You may quote our scores and data with attribution and a link. Wholesale reproduction of rankings or reviews requires written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zogby is not liable for decisions made in reliance on the site, for errors in company-provided information, or for the conduct of any listed company.
Disputes
These terms are governed by New York law. Companies disputing a score should use the process described in our methodology; readers with any other issue should contact us first, and we will try to fix it like adults.
