Advertiser disclosure

How Zogby makes money.

Readers pay nothing. Some companies pay us when you contact them through the site. This page says exactly what that buys and what it does not.

Updated September 14, 2026

What partners pay for

A referral fee when a reader clicks through, calls, or requests a quote from their page on Zogby. Some pay a flat monthly fee for a claimed profile with current documents and a response box under owner reviews.

What partners cannot buy

A Z-Score. A ranking position. Inclusion or removal from a list. Removal of a verified review. Softer wording in a verdict. Early notice of a score change. Any of these would end the relationship.

How the wall works

Editors who research and score companies do not see revenue by company. Partner status is not visible in the scoring tools. Rankings are ordered by Z-Score alone; ties break on the most recent verified owner data, never on revenue. Companies with an “Avoid” verdict appear whether or not they pay us, and several would.

Where a link earns Zogby a fee, the surrounding page says so in the disclosure block. We do not use the word “sponsored” for content, because we do not publish sponsored content.

Ownership disclosure

Zogby shares ownership with Delancey Street.

Delancey Street is a New York business debt relief company that appears in Zogby rankings, currently in first position for MCA debt relief. It is scored by the same editors, under the same published methodology and caps, with the same attorney review and verified-review requirement as every other company. The relationship is stated on every page where Delancey Street appears. Readers should weigh it. We publish negative verified reviews of Delancey Street under the same policy as any other company.

What we do not do

  • Sell reader contact details to lenders or relief firms.
  • Run lead forms that route to multiple companies.
  • Accept payment for reviews, articles or rankings.
  • Display ads from companies we rate.

Zogby is independent. We may earn a fee when you click a partner link, it never changes a score. Zogby shares ownership with Delancey Street, a debt relief company it rates; the relationship is stated on every page where Delancey Street appears.
