What we collect
Pages you visit and links you click (analytics, aggregated); anything you email us, including review submissions and the documents that verify them; and your email address if you write to us. We do not require accounts and do not collect financial data from readers browsing the site.
Review verification documents
Documents shared to verify a review (funding agreements, settlement letters, bank records) are used once to confirm the relationship, then redacted and the originals deleted. They are never published, shared with the reviewed company, or sold.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not pass your contact details to lenders, funders or relief companies. Clicking a partner link takes you to their site under their privacy policy; nothing about you travels with the click beyond standard referral attribution.
Cookies and analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and understand which pages help. No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiles, no data brokers.
Your choices
Email privacy@zogby.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Review authors may unpublish their review at any time.
Changes
Material changes are noted on this page with a new effective date and logged in the Updates log.
