The wines of Lesse-Fitch are wines that celebrate the deep heritage of California embodied in the iconic Leese-Fitch adobe built in the 1830鈥檚 and still at home in the historic town of Sonoma, California today. More than simple wines from California, these wines classically represent each grape variety from which they are made. Leese-Fitch Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark ruby color, raspberry and sassafras aromas are complemented by sweet cherry, cinnamon, vanilla and subtle oak notes. The first sip showcases plum, pomegranate, blackberry and delicate rosemary. The finish is reminiscent of dried cranberry, sweet leather, and cherry cola with a hint of cedar and minerals.
