Franciscan Cabernet Sauvignon

For more than 40 years, Franciscan winemakers have found remarkable grapes from some of the greatest vineyards in California, crafting lots slowly and carefully for a fuller body with unmistakable character. They chase a perfection they think every glass of Franciscan deserves, and they will continue to do so in each batch and bottle to come. Franciscan Cabernet Sauvignon displays a vivid garnet in color in the glass with perfumed and intriguing aromas of rich dark cherry, plum,chocolate, and layered undertones of vanilla, clove, black pepper, and sage. A beautifully balanced expression of fruit and oak elements fills the palate with cassis, bright cherry, dark berry, toast, cedar, and a spot of vanilla. Round but well structured, with nicely knit tannins that give texture and length on the finish.
