On the palate, it is fruity with red plum and varietal characteristics. A medium dry, tannic palate, with medium body harmonize with a good finish. This wine marries two of the classic Bordeaux grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon offers character, complexity and longevity, while Merlot adds softer tannins and elegance. This everyday wine complements the heartiest foods. Serve at room temperature.
