Baron Herzog Jeunesse Cabernet Sauvignon

Jeunesse is French for youthful. This wine is that, and also flavorful and fun. Jeunesse Cabernet Sauvignon shows a gorgeous purple color with a soft texture and a perceived sweetness on the palate. The wine was cold fermented over a period of several months in stainless steel in order to carefully balance the level of residual sugar. This red semi-sweet wine should be served chilled to show the floral aromas and flavors of fresh berries and cherries.
