Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon sugar
3 dashes Angostura bitters
1 teaspoon water
2 ounces bourbon
Garnish: orange peel
Instructions
Add the sugar, the bitters, the water, into a glass with a rock of ice in it. You should stir until sugar is dissolved.
Add the bourbon, and gently stir.
Add the oil of an orange peel over the glass, and then drop the peel into the glass.
