The 18 year old bottle from Glenrothes, was part of the Soleo collection. It was named after the process of syn-drying grapes, for producing Sherry in Jerez. You should expect A LOT of sherry through the tasting experience. The 18 year old has a lot of sherry oak cask, with whisky at it's base.
Complex and Deep
It's got plum, red apple, orange, meaty, with an end that consists of sherry - but not overwhelming.
