  • The 2005 polls are planned for July, September, and twice in October.
  • The 2006 polls are set for January, March, June, July, August, and twice in September and October.
  • All state results will be delivered simultaneously.
  • Sample sizes will be no less than 500 for smaller states and 600 for larger states.
