Cement Manufacturer - Zogby International interviewed 101 cement users, suppliers and contractors in the Dominican Republic. Our client wanted to evaluate respondents' views in regards to the quality of six different cement companies.
Medical Parts Manufacturer - Zogby International contacted hundreds of hospitals and clinics with surgical facilities to determine if the operating room uses a product produced by a certain company. Results were used to mount a sales campaign to non-users which resulted in a dramatic increase in sales.
Steel Manufacturing Company - Zogby International conducted a telephone survey of various manufacturers that purchase tool steel. Through this study, our client wanted to measure respondents' familiarity with and regard for tool steel manufacturers, evaluate the products and services utilized by their customers, compare their products and services with other manufacturers, and rate the importance of specific feature demands of customers.
Medical Center - Zogby International conducted a survey for this hospital to obtain data essential to the development of strategic and marketing plans as well as the implementation of a comprehensive image enhancement campaign. This client was looking to achieve the following: to collect benchmark data from community residents on expectations, performance, image, and needs to allow review and recommendations for improvements and enhancements; to provide both quantitative and qualitative information for review, study, and periodic tracking; to provide data essential to developing an internal and external consensus on the importance of the hospital to the community; and to collect data for potential capital development purposes.
Nursing Home - Zogby conducted a six-part study for this client. The series was broken down as follows: (1) An assessment of demographic trends in the Upstate New York region, showing increasing need for most elderly care services during the next five to ten years. (2) A survey of community leaders with expertise in elderly care to capture their views on the levels of care most needed during the next decade. (3) A survey of community leaders, including both well-informed laymen and professionals in the elder-services field to compile their views on services most needed and their evaluation of existing facilities. (4) A survey indicating that families who have had a family member residing at the home give high grades to the quality of care provided. (5) A second poll revealing that a high percentage of the public in the two-county area anticipates the need for elderly care services for a family member in the next five years. (6) A consumer information survey of existing care facilities to assess the range and quality of services offered.
