Random Digit Dialing vs. Listed Sample: A Zogby International Research Study into Telephone Survey Methodologies


Zogby International has concluded a research project comparing two different and widely accepted methods of telephone opinion research - Random Digit Dialing (RDD) and dialing telephone numbers that are listed in directories.

As the world of telephone polling continues to undergo dramatic changes, this study is an in-depth and useful examination of the differences of outcome using these two methods.
