This is really sad. It means 47% are uninformed, under educated, groupies!

I would not have called a drop in approval for President Obama among independents from 47% to 40% “a slight dip.” Zogby analysts: words matter!

Obama’s problem is really quite simple—It’s the JOBS , stupid , to paraphrase Jim Carville.

It’s good to see that independents are waking up and regaining sanity. The more informed the citizens are, the more they will vote against Marxist/socialist philosophies espoused by the likes of Obama and his Marxist ( Democrat ) Party. The Democrats feed off of ignorance and,if you which portion of the population vote for Democrats, you will find that the majority are composed of people who can not even tell you the name of the Vice President, or that the DEMOCRATS were in charge of government during the last TWO FULL YEARS of the Bush administration. Democrat voters suffer greatly from a lack of knowledge of governing philosophies, basic economics,history, geography, mathematics, and the history and meanings of our nation’s Constitution. Our schools and mainstream media outlets ( as well as SOME well known polling companies ( Gallup ) are tied to leftist/Marxist agendas and are quite active in suppressing any voices of opposition to Marxist philosophies.
WAKE UP and STUDY America!!!!

Reply number four works for me. Additionally, Republicans need to get serious about reducing the size and scope of the Federal government. It’s way out of control.

It’s very clear that his polls are dropping…and unless he can manipulate the numbers like he did the stimulis fraud, we will continue to see decline. America doesn’t WANT his agenda. Plain and simple. We want jobs and job security. We want a patriot in office. We want secure borders and safe cities. We want to take our power back from unions and unethical lobbyist and community organizers…We want everything Obama ISN’T.

Sitting on physical gold, so the jerks can’t tax my “gains” which aren’t gains at all, just the difference between something stable and a plumetted dollar……… I should pay tax on the differential between stable value and the (intentionally) depreciated dollar ???????????

Right now the country is going through the pain of unemployment and financial difficulty but as things improve, you will see Obama’s numbers are going to get better. People forget so soon that it took 8 years to get us into this mess, and it is going to take more than a year for things to improve.

Wonder how many of you ARE professional historians?

The real problem is…..Obama doesn’t care if his numbers are dropping. He is willing to throw anyone and everyone under the bus in order to get his socialist programs passed. The only hope we have is that some of these officials who are up for re-election in 2010 will fear losing their job more than following the leader!

I have to say this question brought out the extremists like flies on sticky tape.

Note to bloggers: name calling is not the same a presenting a rational argument. Oh, and I work daily with professional Historians. You are going to have to be far more rigorous in your research and analysis to claim your observations are more valid than other folks. Until then, its just your personal opinion.

Socialist programs? I’m willing to bet those who are concerned about “socialism” will not refuse to accept help from other “socialist” programs, like police, firefighters, EMT/rescue, etc. when they need it. Because we benefit from living in a cooperative society, we are all socialists, by definition.
