Rose Kolwaite, Call Center Manager


Rose Kolwaite is Zogby International's Call Center Manager.

Kolwaite manages Zogby International's 163-station Call Center and serves as the main coordinator for large, ongoing client projects in the Call Center, including recruitment calls for American Red Cross blood drives. Kolwaite also serves as senior supervisor for Zogby International's 220 interviewers, and directly oversees the Call Center's 25 supervisors. She also serves as lead trainer for all Zogby interviewers, and developed most facets of the Call Center's training program.

Kolwaite monitors both the progress of ongoing call efforts and "quick-turnaround" projects, ensuring that goals are met by interviewers and clients receive fast, accurate, reliable results.

Kolwaite, who previously held the position of Call Center Project Coordinator, joined Zogby International in 1996 as a telephone interviewer. She subsequently served as a supervisor and scheduler. Prior to joining Zogby International, she owned and operated a floral shop, Rose's, in the Utica suburb of Washington Mills. Kolwaite is the former executive assistant to the Oneida County Extension Service.

Kolwaite was born in Casablanca, Morocco. She lives in Clinton, NY.
